You aren't ready for this animated short.

You aren't ready for this animated short.

If you thought the first ten minutes of "Up" was brutal, then this award winning short film will most likely ruin you. "Borrowed Time" is a side project from Lou Hamou-Lhadj and Andrew Coats, two Pixar animators who wanted to tell a story of loss and acceptance without any barriers. Many people think animation is exclusively for children or that it has to be comedic in order to be successful, but that is far from true. You can find more information on the short here and watch (with a box of tissues handy... trust me) below.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominees have been Announced!

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominees have been Announced!

The nominee announcement is both the coolest and least cool part about the Hall of Fame induction. Least Cool: because they list all of these acts and then less than half of them get in. Coolest: because you actually get to vote on these ones!

To answer the inevitable "I like the Foo Fighters better than any of these losers! Why the hell can't I vote for them?!" Well that would be because to be eligible for nomination, an individual artist or band must have released its first single or album at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination. That means the 2017 class had to be present before 1991 and Foo Fighters debuted in 1995, so suck it, douchey college bro who calls Foo Fighters classic rock!

Anyway, the top of the class in my opinion is comprised of (in no particular order) Seattle grunge legends Pearl Jam, Prog Rock pioneers Yes, The sound of every 80s montage since the 1970s Journey and Hip-hop's fallen messiah Tupac Shakur. But those are all just my opinion! Your vote matters too (both now and in November) so go vote on the 2017 Rock Hall class right HERE!

Hey Walking Dead Fans, Norman Reedus Says Sunday Will be Rough...

Hey Walking Dead Fans, Norman Reedus Says Sunday Will be Rough...

Well honestly there's not much more to say than that. Norman Reedus (Daryl on AMC's The Walking Dead) appeared on The Tonight Show this Thursday and dropped what some are calling a Walking Dead Spoiler. Honestly, you won't really get any new information from the video. BUT, we do learn that we will find out who died on the premier next Sunday. Reedus also said the episode will have a lot of people "kicking their television sets." As for any other information, we're as in the dark as we were 7 months ago. However, you can check out some crazy conspiracy theories about who Negan killed in the last episode HERE, HERE and HERE!

You can also check out the clip of Norman Reedus with Jimmy Fallon below.

If you're looking for a way to get ready for the premier, you can come hang out with myself, Loper, Randi and the rest of the Blitz crew at AimHi on Sunday in New Albany!

As for my opinion on the next episode, well I don't really know anymore than you guys, but I don't think it looks to good for everyone's favorite pizza delivery boy...

The Undertaker Isn't Looking so Good...

The Undertaker Isn't Looking so Good...

Well if you've been a fan of the WWE (then WWF) since the early 90s, you know The Undertaker. The Big Dog Deadman, who not only popularized an entire type of match, but holds the record for the longest undefeated streak in Wrestlemania history. Yeah, that Undertaker.

Now, 26 years after he began with the WWE and 32 years after he started his professional wrestling career, The 51-year-old Deadman just isn't looking so good. He's been photographed a few times recently using crutches to walk and the pictures have gone completely viral. I'll go ahead and drop a couple below for your convenience and disbelief.

For what it's worth, Taker has not officially announced his retirement, nor has their been any official statement made on his health. The crutches could be for a recent injury, or the photos could be older than everyone thinks, but He was pulled from a number of WWE live events in the spring. This is all very sudden, considering some gym videos popped up a few months ago of Undertaker in terrifyingly excellent shape for a man of his age.

It sounds like more than anything, we're just going to have to wait on words from Taker himself. I know he's been one of my heroes since I was old enough to choke slam my neighbor, so here's hoping he gives a swift tombstone piledriver to whatever's holding him down and gets back in the ring soon!

Sammy Hagar Had One Hell of a Birthday!

Sammy Hagar Had One Hell of a Birthday!

So Uncle Sammy and I may share the same name, but I can only dream of celebrating like my long-lost relative. Mr. Hagar held his third annual birthday bash south of the border down in Mexico this week. It was a three day rager at the Cabo Wabo Cantina with a guest list featuring the likes of Jerry Cantrell, Vinnie Paul Abbott, Oscar De La Hoya and a bunch of other A-Listers.

Well like any good over-age frat party, the Birthday Bash sparked an amazing semi-drunken jam session. I'll drop one of the videos below, spoiler alert, its Hagar, Cantrell and some guys from the Circle covering the Beatles! There's another video and some killer pictures from the event too, and you can find those right over HERE

I mean this party looks absolutely amazing. I'm already drafting the email to send to Big H so his name-spawn can catch an invite to next years Bash. But if any of you guys have a more direct way in to this party that doesn't involve breaking and entering, let me know, you can be my plus one.

Unfortunately, the pictures only came with the hashtag #whatsongisit so it looks like we'll still have to wait on a title. But you can still check out the sick pictures below!

The Rowdy One Returns

The Rowdy One Returns

It has almost been a year since we have last seen Ronda Rousey inside the octagon; it has officially been announced that she will return this December!

Rousey last stepped foot in the octagon on November 14, 2015 at UFC 193, where she lost the Bantaweight Championship to challenger Holly Holm. Rousey would not challenge Holm to a rematch due to scheduling conflicts. Holm would soon lose the title to Miesha Tate at UFC 196.

Rousey has had a pretty quiet 2016 so far as she has not made many public appearances. Her notable outings include hosting SNL, having knee surgery, opening up about having suicidal thoughts, signing a 3 movie deal with Lifetime, and more.

Rousey makes her return to the octagon more than one year after her last fight on December 30, 2016 at UFC 207 against Amanda Nunes for the World Bantaweight Championship.

Watch the full interview where UFC President Dana White tells Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports One about the return of Ronda Rousey below.

MUST SEE FOR STAR WARS FANS!!!

MUST SEE FOR STAR WARS FANS!!!

Whether you've only seen the original trilogy or are a mega fan girl/boy such as myself, you HAVE to watch these cinematic trailers for STAR WARS: The Old Republic! I'll be honest. The game itself is much different than the videos, but they're so well done they almost make up for the prequels (almost).

"Sacrifice" was released last year to promote the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion while "Betrayed" sets the tone for Knights of the Eternal Throne, coming out December 2nd. You can find more details on the game here.
