If you want to do the Ohio State Fair like a seasoned veteran, here are some of the best pro tips (grounds map)

IMG_3416
Pace yourself. If your first stop is a deep-fried cheesecake, pickle pizza, and birthday cake deviled eggs... you're probably not making it to the butter cow. Wednesday July 29th - Sunday August 9th

* Go early or go late. The crowds are much lighter before noon or after 6 p.m., especially on weekdays.

* Wear comfortable shoes. You'll easily rack up 15,000-20,000 steps.

* Bring a refillable water bottle. Staying hydrated will save you money and help beat the heat.

* Ride the SkyGlider first. It's the best way to get your bearings and gives you a great aerial view of the fairgrounds.

* Check the free entertainment schedule. Pig races, lumberjacks, live music, hypnotists, and animal shows are included with admission.

* Hit the Butter Cow early. It's one of the busiest attractions, but the building is now air-conditioned, making it a nice place to cool off.

* Don't just eat the famous foods. The Taste of Ohio area is a great place to try local Ohio-made products.

* Take advantage of deals. If you're going on a Thursday, look for "$3 Thursdays" and grab a coupon book to save on food and attractions.

* Use the free shuttle if your feet start giving out.

* End the night with the rides lit up. The Midway looks its best after dark.

View-recent-photos

Sheri Moon Zombie is stepping behind the microphone for the first time with her debut solo single, "I Love My Robot."

The actress and longtime creative partner of Rob Zombie takes a tongue-in-cheek jab at artificial intelligence while giving a nod to the robots that actually make life easier.

The track was produced by Zeuss, who's worked with Rob Zombie and Hatebreed, while Rob himself directed the music video.

Fans looking to add it to their collection can grab it on October 30, when it's released as a limited-edition 12-inch picture disc through Nuclear Blast. The vinyl features Sheri's "I Love My Robot" on Side A and Rob Zombie's new track, "Sir Lord Acid Wolfman," on Side B. Only 600 copies will be made worldwide, making it a must-have for collectors.

Korn's Jonathan Davis Is Married

IMG_3241

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis is officially off the market. The 55-year-old nu metal icon married 39-year-old jewelry designer Brittany Parisi on July 3 at The Neighborhood Church in Palos Verdes, California, though the couple waited until this week to share the news publicly.

The newlyweds described the ceremony as "a perfect fairy tale" they'll never forget. Around 80 guests attended, including all four of Davis' Korn bandmates.

The wedding was inspired by Sandro Botticelli's famous painting The Birth of Venus—the same artwork Davis stood in front of when he proposed to Parisi in Florence, Italy, last year. Honoring his Scottish heritage, Davis wore a traditional kilt and made his entrance to the sound of a bagpiper.

Ever wondered what a Ghost show looks like from inside the ritual? This might be the closest you'll get without wearing corpse paint.

onesheet.jpg-14002068-pixels

Ghost has unleashed the trailer for their upcoming concert film, 2 Big To Rig, capturing the band's massive 2025 Mexico City shows during the Skeletour World Tour.

The trailer opens with the chilling line, "You have been chosen to partake in a ritual celebration the world has not yet seen," before cutting to explosive live performances and behind-the-scenes footage. The movie gets its name from a crew member who jokes, "The show's too big to rig... I mean, we pull it off every day."

2 Big To Rig hits theaters and IMAX on August 26. Tickets and screening locations are available at https://2bigtorig.com/

Captured live over the course of GHOST's two sold-out shows in Mexico City last year, 2 BIG TO RIG is the definitive document of the band's unforgettable SKELETOUR WORLD TOUR, presented in IMAX® in select locations.

Featuring the only pro-shot footage of Papa V Perpetua and his band of Nameless Ghouls from the phone-free SKELETOUR, 2 BIG TO RIG immerses the audience in the GHOST live ritual, including exclusive behind-the-scenes and backstage access.

2 BIG TO RIG was created to share the SKELETOUR experience with the faithful in the territories where staging the show was not logistically feasible — and is a love letter to all those who have shared the GHOST ritual.

Shot on 16mm film, GHOST has never looked or sounded better, ripping through material from the band's six albums — including 2025's global #1 SKELETÁ as well as non-LP favorites including "Mary On A Cross," "Kiss the Go-Goat," and "The Future is a Foreign Land."
