OhioIf you saw a photo of an alligator supposedly swimming near Scioto Audubon Metro Park over the weekend…you weren't the only one wondering if Columbus decided it was time to become Florida.

The photo blew up on Facebook, with hundreds of people debating whether it was real. But both Columbus & Franklin County Metro Parks and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources told 614Now they believe the image appears to be AI-generated. The man who originally posted it hasn't responded to any questions about the photo.

So for now, there's no confirmed gator in the Scioto.

Falling In Reverse just dropped "Joseph," featuring Corey Taylor of Slipknot and Serj Tankian of System of a Down.

The title comes from Ronnie Radke's middle name, and while Ronnie and Corey have worked together before, this is the first time Corey and Serj have ever appeared on the same song.

Serj has actually talked about being a fan of Falling In Reverse's music and videos in the past, so this isn't completely out of nowhere. And speaking of videos, this one is AWESOME. Corey even makes a rare appearance in his Slipknot mask outside of a Slipknot project.

Breaking Benjamin's Ben Burnley has apparently found an incredible use for having thousands of fans...settling video game beef.

He created a Fallout 4 mod called "True First Person." Basically, a mod is something players make to change or add features to a game. After another modder trashed his creation and told him he didn't know what he was doing, Ben decided to fight back…with download numbers.

The Columbus Blue Jackets and American Red Cross are hosting their annual blood drive Thursday, September 10th, at Nationwide Arena.

The drive runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Activity Center (located on the lowest level, floor level) of Nationwide Arena.

Anyone who donates blood through the Red Cross in Central Ohio during September will get a special ticket offer for select Blue Jackets games and be entered into weekly CBJ prize pack drawings.

Bad Wolves guitarist AJ Rebollo has quit the band due to the death of Dolly Parton and a cover of "Jolene." 

On Friday AJ posted a message on social media explaining his reason for leaving the group after two years. He says it comes down to what he claims is "ill intent" from the record label, Better Noise Music, for releasing the group's "Jolene" cover song days after Dolly died from a brief battle with cancer. 

AJ says Dolly was supposed to add vocals to Bad Wolves version of "Jolene," but sadly passed before it could happen. AJ said he and his bandmates wanted to keep the project unreleased since Dolly could no longer work with them, but the record label released the song anyway despite pushback from Bad Wolves.

And this whole thing is kinda interesting when you remember "Zombie." Dolores O'Riordan was supposed to sing on that cover too, died before she could, and they released it four days later. Same record company, by the way. Back then, Bad Wolves said it was a joint decision with the label and turned it into a tribute for her kids. So I'm not saying it's the same situation but it has me scratching my head...

Their new singer, Sara 'Killboy' Skinner, is actually singing the cover. She's a huge Dolly fan and that's apparently how the whole thing started.
