The naked baby on the front of Nirvana's iconic 1991 album "Nevermind" is all grown up and suing the band 30 years later. Spencer Elden claims neither he nor his guardians consented to the use of his photograph and says the band promised to cover his private parts with a sticker but never did. He's taking it one step farther by saying the image amounts to child pornography. Elden He's suing the remaining members of Nirvana, the album's photographer Kirk Weddle, DGC Records and Kurt Cobain's estate for at least 150-thousand dollars apiece, and has demanded a trial by jury.
Back in 2016, Elden recreated the famous album cover while adorned in shorts for the album's then 25 anniversary (look it up)"The anniversary means something to me. It's strange that I did this for five minutes when I was 4 months old and it became this really iconic image. It's cool but weird to be part of something so important that I don't even remember." - Spencer Elden
