Guns N' Roses are giving fans a chance to score the ultimate VIP concert experience while supporting a great cause.

The band has teamed up with Fandiem to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. One winner and a guest will receive round-trip airfare, a three-night hotel stay, two premium tickets to Guns N' Roses at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on September 5, VIP pit riser access, a behind-the-scenes production tour, an onstage group photo, exclusive merchandise, and more.

Fans can enter by making a donation through Fandiem, with all proceeds benefiting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Anyone who donates $150 or more will also receive a free Guns N' Roses hoodie.

Shinedown bassist Eric Bass has announced he won't be joining the band at the start of the Dance, Kid, Dance Act 2 World Tour as he continues treatment following what he describes as a serious mental health crash.

In a heartfelt message to fans, Bass said he's already making progress through TMS therapy and counseling, but wants to make sure he's fully healthy before returning to the stage.

He also shared an important reminder for anyone who may be struggling, encouraging people to reach out for help and saying that asking for support was the first step in his own recovery.

We wish Eric all the best and look forward to seeing him back on stage when he's ready.
