Here's another surprise single from Beartooth! SUNSHINE! (visualizer video)

Beartooth

Here's the latest single from Columbus' BEARTOOTH. The song might be a precursor to their forthcoming fifth studio album. BEARTOOTH have kicked off their spring co-headlining tour with Trivium. Malevolence and Archetypes Collide are also appearing on that run.

"'Sunshine!' is about a lot of things, the most obvious being seasonal depression. It's always been prevalent in my life but as I grow older, it gets more intense. This song is also about moving on from the dark place I was in during 2020-2021. At the end of the day, life should be enjoyed and a BEARTOOTH song doesn't always have to be miserable." - Caleb Shomo

BEARTOOTH's "Riptide" - Official Live Music Video filmed In Columbus in all of it's Massive Production & Pyrotechnics Glory!

IMG_1731
Columbus is where Beartooth began! Here it is in all of it's Massive Production and Pyrotechnics Glory and one of the best memories for all of us there sharing in this incredible moment in time...the PREMIERE of the "RIPTIDE" LIVE video filmed here in their hometown, last month at Kemba LIVE! The SOLD OUT show was part of "The Blitz 30th Anniversary Concert Series"! It was off the hook! The band brought out their largest production yet for this incredible show! Were you there? Did you miss it? Either way... WELCOME HOME BEARTOOTH!

"Headlining in Columbus is always really special. It's something we do a surprisingly small amount but when we do it, we always try and make sure it is the biggest and best Beartooth show of absolutely all time. And I feel like the show we just did at Kemba was the pinnacle of what we have ever done live. But it took a long time to get there. We've been plugging away at the Columbus market since our very first show ever and to have a sold out crowd at the amphitheater was really amazing.

We were able to do as much fire as we could physically put into that venue. We got to work with an amazing radio station, our local station 99.7 The Blitz which really helped out us out. We ended up selling out the whole place. It was one of the craziest nights of our entire lives. And I already cannot wait for the next one. Some of the plans we are already making for things in the future are going to be REALLY crazy and they defintirly couldn't have happened without the show we just did at Kemba. So I am very ready. Let's take the next step and let's make it huge."

Lyrics:

"Finally frozen No more emotion Started escaping now everything's numb Dove in the deep end Stuck and I can't swim So out of breath I know I don't have long

Yeah this is way to much just give me the rush

I'm done explaining my pain This is way too much I wanna feel euphoria Give me the rush Cause it's the last time that I romanticize The riptide that's trying to drown me Full of excuses for way too long Don't wanna sing another hopeless song Cause its the last time that I romanticize The riptide It's a riptide

I'm so ashamed of My vicious problems Keeping the worst of me all to myself It's overwhelming Not ever telling The ones I love that I gotta find help

Don't wanna die I guess I gotta let it go"

BEARTOOTH announce their very first graphic novel "The Journey Below" through Z2 Comics.

ISDJFKmsfOAVKORKAELDSRT
'Beartooth: The Journey Below', is the official prequel to their new album "Below" and focuses on 'the world of Barry, its demon overlord.' (written by Tony Lee and illustrated by Omar Francia)

"Storytelling has always been something we've wanted to dive into as a band. Our goal is to build a universe full of adventure for Beartooth fans to explore." -Bassist/vocalist Oshie Bichar

Here's the official press release:
'The story behind the myths of Beartooth's album Below is brought to life as Barry awakens corporate drone Lita's memory of how alive the world once was before the cold forces of the corporate world outlawed rock, reminding her of who she truly was, and who she could be again. Told by #1 New York Times best-selling author Tony Lee with the members of Beartooth, The Journey Below is a powerful tale reminding us of the vital power contained within every chord and beat of a song'.

"I've been a fan of Beartooth since Aggressive came out, and I'm over the moon to work with them on this story. The world of Below is a place I've wanted to visit a lot during the last year, and now I get to share it with everyone." -Tony Lee

Look for Beartooth's new antihero and mascot Barry in comics this November! "Beartooth: The Journey Below" is available to preorder in a standard softcover and hardcover, plus as slipcase, deluxe and super deluxe editions featuring exclusive prints and vinyl. https://www.instagram.com/z2comics/
