Ghost fans, you're getting another way to experience the band live! Ghost has announced an official soundtrack for their upcoming concert film 2 Big To Rig, and it's coming August 27.

The 19-song collection captures the band live, including their recently released performance of "Umbra." So even if you can't catch the movie in theaters, you'll be able to crank up the live soundtrack and bring a little Ghost chaos home with you.

The full set includes live versions of favorites like "Cirice," "Year Zero," "Mary On A Cross," "Dance Macabre" and "Square Hammer," along with plenty more.

And if you want the full visual experience, 2 Big To Rig hits theaters and IMAX starting August 26. Consider this your excuse to turn it up loud and let the Ghouls take over. 

Swedish dark synthpop band Priest, which features former members of the metal group Ghost, has announced a new album. "Altered State Police," the band's fifth studio record, arrives October 23rd via Blue Nine, led by the new single "Python." Driven by relentless electronics, industrial textures, and flashes of 1990s big beat, the track tackles digital surveillance, turning constant monitoring into what the band calls a dystopian dancefloor anthem. The full album is built as an immersive, front-to-back listening experience exploring surveillance, political distrust, technological dependence, and the blurring line between human and machine. Active since 2017, Priest has built an international following with releases like "New Flesh" and "Body Machine." The band consists of vocalist Mercury, who previously played bass as the Nameless Ghoul "Water" in Ghost, keyboardist Salt, formerly Ghost's "Air," and programmer Sulfur. 

Ghost has unleashed the trailer for their upcoming concert film, 2 Big To Rig, capturing the band's massive 2025 Mexico City shows during the Skeletour World Tour.

The trailer opens with the chilling line, "You have been chosen to partake in a ritual celebration the world has not yet seen," before cutting to explosive live performances and behind-the-scenes footage. The movie gets its name from a crew member who jokes, "The show's too big to rig... I mean, we pull it off every day."

Swedish police are investigating a stalking case involving Ghost frontman Tobias Forge after a woman in her 40s was charged with harassment. The woman allegedly sent Forge lengthy texts, physical letters, and a cell phone between July and October 2025. Forge told investigators "I feel quite reserved around people trying to contact me, but over the years I've had about a dozen stalkers. However, no one has done anything as invasive and downright threatening as sending a mobile phone." The woman also sent payment requests totaling approximately $530. She claims they met 18 years ago and have been engaged since September 2025, but Forge disputes ever meeting her. This marks another harassment case for the woman, who faces similar accusations from other individuals. Forge stated "I don't want to make her life worse. I just want her to leave me alone and not hurt anyone else." 

Happy Friday the 13th: Ghost is sending the world a Valentine in the form of the steamy new video for "Umbra," the track from the band's album SKELETA that currently has packed arenas full of GHOST fans clamoring for more cowbell. If you were hoping for a more metal version of the new Wuthering Heights movie, then Ghost has you covered.

"Umbra" follows the trajectory of a star-crossed couple hurtling inevitably toward their mutual downfall, all under the watchful eye and narration of GHOST's Papa V. Perpetua.

The "Umbra" video is the latest of another banner year for GHOST - one that began with a GRAMMY nomination and the latest US leg of the Skeletour Tour, which runs through February 23rd at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles and has sold some half a million tickets worldwide and counting.

SKELETA, GHOST's sixth album and first to reach #1 on the Billboard 200 was released April 25, 2025 via Loma Vista Recordings. "Umbra" is the latest single/video from the album, preceded by "Satanized"-dubbed a "catchy goth-rock epic" by VICE, followed by "Lachryma" -and "Peacefield," the monolithic anthem opening both the album and GHOST's massive 2025 live rituals. 

The band Ghost is getting into the holiday spirit by helping deliver food to people in need in Los Angeles. On Friday, the Swedish rock group teamed up with the YMCA's FeedLA program to send out a branded robot called the "Skele-Bot" to deliver food packages in the Inglewood area. The band said in a statement that they were humbled by the fans who came out to their Skeletour this year and wanted to give back during the holiday season. Ghost is currently touring in support of their album "Skeletá" and will kick off the next leg of their North American tour in Florida on Jan. 21^st.
