Greta Van Fleet is coming back to Columbus! They just announced their 2027 Into The Beginning Tour, including a stop at Nationwide Arena on Friday, July 16th, 2027.

The tour follows their upcoming album, Palace For The People, which drops October 9th.

Tickets for the Columbus show go on sale Thursday, October 15th at 10 a.m., with fan presales starting earlier in the week.

Oh and guess what? No Platinum tickets. Prices are set in advance and sold at face value plus fees.

Caught up with Wes Scantlin for a candid conversation about the current state of Puddle of Mudd, new music, getting back on the road, staying creative, and navigating the chaos that's followed him through the years. Funny, honest, and sometimes unpredictable — pretty much exactly what you'd expect from Wes.

I caught up with Stix Zadinia of Steel Panther—We covered it all. Tour stories, wild fans, spandex, some behind-the-scenes insight, "the unspoken rule" and basically being married to three middle-aged men, and why their shows are still guaranteed absolute chaos in the best way. 

I asked Stix how they've managed to keep the over-the-top glam metal spirit alive while still delivering seriously tight musicianship and the key to staying locked in as a band, after all these years. He responded "Complete and total ignorance. We are myopic in our vision and our quest to bring heavy metal back. And I swear, if all of a sudden somebody declared heavy metal was the international law, we would still do what we do because we're oblivious to everything. All we wanna do is play heavy metal and rock and party. And for real, that's been the mission since day one..."

Eighteen years ago, STEEL PANTHER changed its name from METAL SKOOL to its current moniker and shifted the focus of its act from '80s metal covers to originals.

STEEL PANTHER's sixth studio album, "On The Prowl", was released in February 2023.

In September 2022, STEEL PANTHER announced the addition of Spyder as the band's new bassist.

UPDATE: That Spider Bite Landed Taylor Momsen In The Hospital! Pretty Reckless frontwoman Taylor Momsen was hospitalized after the poisonous spider bite she suffered while opening for AC/DC's Power Up tour in Latin America. Momsen shared Instagram photos showing herself in a hospital gown with an ice pack and being wheeled on a stretcher, with the bite circled on her leg. She first revealed the April 9th spider bite in a video showing doctors treating a swollen wound and administering an injection. By April 15th, the bite caused a large purple rash covering her shin, leading to hospitalization. "Hospital today, show tomorrow, poisonous spiders are NO BUENO," she posted. The incident mirrors a 2022 bat bite she suffered while performing with AC/DC in Spain, requiring rabies shots. It remains unclear if Pretty Reckless will perform at Mexico City's final Latin America tour date.

If you're gonna rock hard, it's not always safe…The Pretty Reckless frontwoman has now been bitten by a wild animal for the second time while touring with AC/DC. Before the band's April 7th show at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, a venomous spider bit Momsen on the lower leg, which led to her having to get an injection to counteract the venom. She posted a video of the whole thing on social media with the caption, "It wouldn't be an AC/DC tour if I didn't get bit." Momsen was previously bitten by a bat onstage during a show in Seville, Spain in May 2024, which required a series of rabies shots. Rock and roll doesn't stop, though; despite the spider bite, she performed the full set. The Pretty Reckless are scheduled to continue opening for AC/DC on the tour.

Taylor posted a video where she's being treated by doctors and says, "When do my super powers kick in?"

She added in the caption, "So it wouldn't be an AC/DC tour if I didn't get bit…this time a massive spider decided to take a chunk out of me and its venom did a number on my system so had to have the wonderful doctors in Mexico come and deliver quite the shot before the show last night…add it to the list! Spider woman? Batgirl?"

It's finally happening. Evanescence is dropping a new album and first one in five years. It's called Sanctuary, out June 5th. Along with the announcement, the band dropped a new single called "Who Will Follow You" (below).

Amy Lee says the album has been more than three years in the making, calling it something she's "so damn proud of" and admitting she's been completely obsessed with the project:

"Working on it has been my outlet for so much that feels wrong and out of control, and a place to ignite hope through the power of music and connection… good thing we have the tour all lined up or I wouldn't know what to do with myself now! I've been completely obsessed. I'm dying for the fans to hear this."
